Diets for Osteoporosis
Diet for osteoporosis may include foods high in Calcium and/or Vitamin D. Vitamin D helps with the absorption of calcium. Supplements/Vitamins may be sufficient for some people. Please consult your doctor or nutritionist for which diet would be most appropriate.

Note that Vitamin D can be produced by the body with exposure to sunshine.
